Remember the Victims of Sandy Hook School

I am a grandfather and I have a 6 year old granddaughter. I had CNN on when the first reports of the shootings started coming in. It literally hurt to hear the words that almost sounded unbelievable, because all I could think about was those little kids that went to school that day. CNN posted a list of the names of those who were murdered at school and comments about their lives. I urge you to read the list to honor and remember each of those special lives. It is posted at -- http://www.cnn.com/2012/12/15/us/connecticut-shooting-victims/index.html?hpt=hp_inthenews

After almost thirty years of research about the Bible and Jesus I have concluded that the highest value of the biblical text and Jesus is, what we call Life 1st and it means doing acts of TOV, which we define as "acts that protect and preserve life, and enhance the quality of life." My prayer is that Americans of all or no religion, choose to make Life 1st our highest value and work hard to make our world a better and safer place -- especially for the children. "Choose Life - Do TOV!"

Why did they lay their coats at Saul's feet?

The place of stoning was at a distance from the court, as it is said, ‘Take out the one who has cursed.’ [i] A man stands at the entrance of the court; in his hand is a signaling flag [Hebrew   sudarin = sudar , ‘scarf, sweater’]. A horseman was stationed far away but within sight of him. If one [of the judges] says, ‘I have something [more] to say in his favor,’ he [the signaler] waves the   sudarin , and the horseman runs and stops them [from stoning him]. Even if [the condemned person] himself says, ‘I have something to say in my favor,’ they bring him back, even four of five times, only provided that there is some substance to...

The Meanings of Blessed of My Father

When Jesus said, “Come you blessed of my Father,” he was referring the Creator’s blessing of the humans in Genesis 1. It reveals the Creator’s vision of how humans are to live on earth. Sadly, very few people understand who and what they have within them. This wisdom has the power to change lives today – as well as revealing the meaning of the parable of Jesus. Deuteronomy and the Creation of Messianic Realities

Moses led the tribes of Israel to the place they stopped and could see the Promised Land. As they stood there, a cloud moved above the door of the Tabernacle. God would soon inaugurate Joshua to lead the people into their new homeland. But, only Moses heard what God said about the future of the new nation.
