Yeshua (the Jewish Jesus) uses specific forms to present his teachings and I will layout his words in those forms to help you get a feel for his patterns. For me, it not only makes his words easier to understand, it gives me a feel for what his personality may have been like. In this lesson he reveals a very important insight about the way he taught and acted throughout his life in Galilee and Judea. What did phrases like the one below mean to Yeshua.

7-year-old Israeli Boy Finds 3,400-year-old Canaanite Figurine

Archaeologists are mixed as to whether the figurine is an idol of a fertility goddess, such as Astarte, or depicts a living woman of the time. "It could be either one," Yardenna Alexandre of the Israel Antiquities Authority told Haaretz. Evidently the figurine belonged to one of the residents of the city of Rehov, which was then ruled by the central government of the Egyptian pharaohs. See pictures and read article at --
