  When Eliezer, the poor man, died angels came and carried him to Abraham’s bosom. When the rich man died, his body was carried to a grave and buried it, but that wasn’t the end of story. Rich men spend lots of money on things like monuments to make sure their names will be remembered. This rich man is “just an unnamed rich guy.” He flamboyantly displayed his wealth by the clothes he wore and his lifestyle. The poor man is named -- Eliezer – and he was probably not on the guest list! He didn’t show up in expensive clothes – he was covered with sores.
